Delaware State University Admissions
Delaware State encourages applicants to submit t heir applications as soon as possible, and incoming freshmen should apply while in their junior year of high school. Fall admissions applications are due by April 1 and Spring admissions applications are due by November 1. Any applications received after those dates are considered on a rolling basis.
Applications can be submitted to Delaware State University, Office of Undergraduate Admission, 1200 north DuPont Highway, Dover DE 19901.
Delaware State considers a grade average equivalent of āCā in all high school coursework to be satisfactory for admission. Applicants must also have a high school diploma and have completed at least 16 hours of high school coursework in the appropriate courses.
Applications to the undergraduate programs are accepted through April 1 for the fall semester. (Admissions received after the deadline are processed on a rolling basis). There is an application fee of $15. In addition to the application form and fee, students must provide high school transcripts and test scores. Student should have a minimum āCā average in high school and have taken four units of English, three of mathematics, two of history and/or social sciences, three of science, and four of electives. Applications can be submitted on-line.
Graduate students must provide the following for admission to the graduate school: application and fee, references, official transcripts, and test scores if required by specific departments. A graduate application has an application fee of $30.
